The Faculty of Horticulture and Rural Development Business benefits from an extensive network of collaborations with partner universities through the Erasmus+ program, offering students, academic staff, and researchers the opportunity to gain training abroad. In this way, they can acquire valuable academic and practical experience in universities specialized in the field.

An important advantage is our wide range of courses and practical activities, with a strong focus on horticulture, agribusiness, and sustainable rural development, which attract an increasing number of international students. The disciplines are easily aligned with international curricula, and the diversity of study topics fosters the exchange of ideas and the development of an open and dynamic academic community.

The Erasmus+ program also supports the mobility of academic staff, who can participate in teaching or training exchanges at partner universities. The faculty actively encourages such exchanges and supports academic and professional cooperation through long-term partnerships.

We also work closely with visiting professors from abroad, who deliver courses and seminars on current and relevant topics – from innovations in horticulture to rural entrepreneurship and sustainable development models.
